To start an exchange or request a return for store credit, visit our return portal here.
Returns for in-store credit and exchanges are eligible within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn / unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the shipping on any exchanges or returns unless due to damage.
We offer exchanges ONLY on items that have arrived with defects or error in craftsmanship. You must contact us within THREE (3) days of receiving your order to begin the exchange process. The items will need to be mailed back to us in their original condition.
We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding—we are quickly preparing your order for shipment!

Due to customization, all orders are final sale.
