Sea Bones ships worldwide, all orders with ready-to-ship items are processed within 7 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Pre-order and made-to-order items will take longer to ship, the estimated time for these items will be included in the listing description. 

(Custom Charm Necklaces, Name Necklaces, ETC)
Generally ship out within 7-14 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may vary and custom orders may require a few extra days for creation. Thank you for your understand and patience with our small business! 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All orders placed from outside the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, duties, and fees, these are not determined by Sea Bones nor are we responsible for them. We don't accept returns on items because a buyer refuses to pay local fees. 

We do not refund the cost of shipping and fees or custom duties on international orders. We also do not pay for return shipping on packages shipped internationally. 

 

Shipping Protection (Lost/Damaged Packages) 

With REDO Shipping Protection (U.S. Orders Only)

We offer return & shipping protection for Sea Bones orders through our partners at REDO, which you can purchase at checkout. If you add this protection to your order, you will be fully covered for all lost or damaged packages. 

Without REDO Shipping Protection (U.S. Orders Only)

If you choose not to buy REDO protection at checkout, Sea Bones is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages. Once we deliver your package to the carrier it will be out of our hands.
