I originally LOVED my necklace and I stilled do but I’m very upset about how often the charms break off. I have lost one charm and then a jewel popped out another. And others continue to fall off. I reached out to customer service regarding this issue and no one has gotten back to me. It’s very frustrating it was a gift from my mom and not a cheap necklace.

I absolutely LOVE my charm necklace! It’s a perfect summer piece, but I honestly think it’s so versatile that I can wear it throughout all the seasons. It’s so fun that I got to customize it to represent my personality. SO many people compliment this necklace on me, and I can tell it’s going to last so long!!!
